These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vorrafoundation.org and the Vorra Foundation Parent Portal (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Vorra Foundation (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Purpose of the Services

Vorra Foundation’s Services are intended to:

  • Provide information about our mission and programs

  • Allow parents or legal guardians to create accounts

  • Enable families to submit requests for support

  • Communicate updates related to submitted requests

Use of the Services does not guarantee approval of any request or provision of support.

Eligibility

  • The Services may only be used by parents or legal guardians

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction

  • Accounts may not be created directly by children

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate.

Account Registration and Security

Some features require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security concerns

Vorra Foundation may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the integrity of the Services.

Information Submitted Through the Parent Portal

Information submitted through the Parent Portal may include personal information about you and youth athletes in your care.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to submit such information

  • Information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You will update information as necessary

Information submitted is used solely for program administration and communication purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Services

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

Vorra Foundation reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of this section.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Vorra Foundation or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Privacy

Donations are processed through third-party platforms. Vorra Foundation does not store payment card information.

Vorra Foundation may suspend or terminate access:

Termination does not affect obligations that by nature should survive termination.
